What Goes On

The Launceston Mountain Bike Club (LMBC) is a non profit club established to serve the needs of Mountain Bikers in the greater Launceston area and to further develop interest in all facets of this fast growing sport. We hold regular DH, XC and Enduro events, along with social rides, fun events, skills days and trail building days.

Insurance - MTBA Licence

You will need to be insured to participate. That comes easily via an MTBA (Mountain Biking Australia) membership - either:

• participation licence ($5 and only for non-racing events);
• day licence - form - ($15 per race event);
• annual licence - form - ($90 per year. Covers all race and non-race events).

LMBC Membership

• Current for 12 months from the date you join.
• Senior $90 - Includes an annual MTBA licence.
• Junior $70 - Includes an annual MTBA licence.
• Membership Form

CA and BMXA licence upgrade

CA and BMXA members must provide a copy of their CA or BMXA licence with their application and have at least 3 months remaining.

• Current for 12 months from the date you join.
• $36 - Includes an annual MTBA licence.
• Membership Form
